Starter

Comber potato and leek soup served with Guinness wheaten bread

Fivemiletown goats’ cheese and walnut salad, caramelised apple, orange and honey dressing  

Pork and black pudding croquettes, burnt apple puree, rocket leaves and Balsamic reduction


Main Course

Slow roast pork belly, Irish cider jus

Oven baked organic salmon fillet, samphire cream

Sage and onion stuffed chicken, wrapped in bacon, rich pan jus

               Sweet potato, chickpea and spinach satay, wilted pak choi, roasted red peppers,
braised rice and pitta bread


All served with chef’s selection of potatoes and vegetables
