THE HOTEL
The hotel for IMAG 2025 is the Marine Hotel, Ballycastle, which has views over the seafront and marina. It underwent a major refurbishment of the bedrooms in 2024 and many of the rooms have superb views.
We have negotiated excellent rates of £130 for a double room, £110 for a single.
For early arrivals, the Thursday night rate is the same as the rest of the weekend.
Booking is directly with the hotel.
A deposit of £25 per room is required to secure the booking and you must mention Mensa to get the special rate. Payment of the balance due will be taken on arrival.
The hotel needs to know at booking if you want a double or a twin, so that they can pre-allocate rooms, which makes check-in smoother.

Parking
There is a public car park behind the hotel. It is not managed by the hotel and costs £6 per day. There is also ample free parking within easy walking distance of the hotel, but demand can be high, especially at Bank Holiday weekends. If you are arriving by car, let us know and we will advise you on parking locations.
